We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and  Paypal. Paypal is our preferred method of Payment.  
Money Orders and Checks also excepted.  All Checks are held for 10 Business Days before Shipping.  It takes our bank approximately 7 to 10 Business Days for your check to clear.  Once checks are cleared, your item will be shipped or ordered through our distributors.


All orders are immediately processed after cleared payment and usually shipped within 7 to 10 Business Days; however, there may be times that a popular item may be back ordered.  In this case you will be notified and have the option of waiting for the item to come back into stock or receiving a full refund of your purchase price.  You will also be notified of any delay in shipping.  Please remember some items are shipped directly from the manufacturer.
Canada Shipments - Global Express w/Tracking & Insurance - This is the only shipping method we will use to ship to Canada due to many packages recently being lost during shipping.  Shipping Cost -$35.00.

Out-of-Stock Products

Midwest Family Jewelry will make every effort to keep the site up to date; however, if you order an item that is out-of-stock, we will contact you to let you know it is currently not available, refund your order and then we will contact you again in regards to its future availability or once the item is back in stock.  If you are still interested in the item, you can then re-order it if you like.


When your item is shipped, you will be notified and provided with a tracking number.  Please remember, you will be kept notified of the status of your order, delays, problems, or back ordered items.
Return Policy - We stand behind every purchase with our Guarantee Of 100% Satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with any item you order, we will either replace it or provide you with a full product refund within 30 days of your order, excluding original shipping and handling charges & return shipping charges. You must notify us within 10 days of receipt of your item with your intent to return it and obtain a return authorization or your return will not be accepted. All items returned must be in new, unused condition in original manufacturer's packaging. Credit will be issued on the returned item for the original purchase price only. (We are responsible for Return shipping cost).

Always contact us prior to returning an item at before returning an item for further instructions and the Return Shipping Address and if needed a Return Authorization Number.  Once the item is received, your refund will be processed minus Original and Return Shipping Charges.  If item was paid through Paypal, it will be refunded through Paypal.  Any item returned after 30 Days will not be accepted and returned to you. Custom sized rings or any special order item that has been specifically sized or made for you is non-returnable & non-exchangeable.

Website & Typographical Errors:

While we strive to accurately describe and price our products, errors occasionally happen. As soon as we catch an error, we will correct it, but occasionally we may miss one. In such cases, please understand that we reserve the right to cancel any order, prior to shipping, which is based on an error in pricing or description of a product.
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Midwest Family Jewelry shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price.  Midwest Family Jewelry shall also have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.  If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled Midwest Family Jewelry will issue a refund to your card in the amount of the incorrect price or amount charged.

Sales Tax:

Our store will automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax of 6% for orders to be delivered to addresses in Iowa where Midwest Family Jewelry is located.  No sales tax is collected to an address outside of Iowa.  For orders shipped to other areas, you (the shopper) are solely responsible for any sales taxes and/or other taxes that may apply.
