Our Return Policy is easy - 100% Guarantee on every item with a 30 Day Return Policy. Always contact us prior to returning an item at admin@midwestfamilyjewelry.com before returning an item for further instructions and the Return Shipping Address. Once the item is received by us, your refund will be processed minus Original and Return Shipping Charges. (Please read our Return Policy in our FAQ section). You must contact us within 10 days after you receive your item to let us know you wish to return it and for a return authorization or your return will not be accepted.
Please remember all special orders, custom orders and custom sized merchandise is non-returnable & non-exchangeable. These items have been custom made or custom sized for you and therefore are not returnable. Items marked as Final Sale or Special Sale are also non-returnable.
If your item is out of stock, you can choose to wait for the item to come back into stock, or request a refund of your total purchase price.
