This beautifully crafted ring is crafted from polished sterling silver along with 14K yellow gold accent prongs and feature a 10mm x 10mm heart shaped genuine cushion cut heart shaped amethyst stone with a total of 3.3 ctw, and a medium to medium-dark purple in color. It has a rope design boarder around the heart gemstone and along the rings shank.
