Sterling SIlver .005 CTW Diamond Heart Necklace

This beautiful, Victorian-style diamond heart necklace features a polished sterling silver with a pretty, milgrain design that edges the outer and the inside borders of the heart.  The heart's center is adorned with a single, 0.005 ct. round, faceted diamond.  This heart pendant measures approximately 3/4" in length (with bail) and includes an 18" sterling silver chain.
